1. Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:


The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect


The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached


You contact us within 3 days of delivery

Please include your order number and details of the item(s) in question. Once approved, we’ll arrange a courier pickup (a delivery fee applies).

3. Return Shipping


If the issue is on our end (wrong item, defect, etc.), we cover all return shipping costs


For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

4. Refunds & Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:


Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method


Exchanges will be shipped at no additional charge, depending on stock availability

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:


Used, worn, or washed items


Items not in original condition or missing packaging


Customized or personalized products (unless defective)


Perishable goods

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and availability.
