Outside Dhaka: Orders to areas outside Dhaka usually arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on regional logistics and courier availability.

Outside Dhaka: Flat rate of 120 BDT, including major cities and rural areas

4. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient:
The courier may attempt redelivery
After repeated failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
We will contact you to arrange a reshipment (additional charges may apply) or issue a refund as appropriate
